Animals!

 

For Animals we learned both names and different characteristics of animals. We learned about their sounds and where they live as well! Animals are always fun to learn and everyone picked up the vocabulary very quickly!! Get excited for our Animal Song Festival soon!!

Story Week!!

For our lessons during story week we decided to do things a little differently. We worked on different components of a story so that everyone can start to understand stories and books they will see on all of our e-resources (One More Story, RAZ Kids, and Sesame Street Books). We worked with character recognition (seeing if everyone can read a story and then later recognize who is in the story and who is not) and sequencing (see if everyone can remember the order of events in a story using key words).
